Impra Charge have been fantastic. Great communication, all questions were answered the same day and scheduling was done quickly. The engineer who did the install was fantastic. Very friendly and asked for my input in regards to location etc. He did a fantastic job and was mindful to avoid too much disruption considering I was working from home and had two house cats. I would happily recommend the company to any friends and family.

Matt massive thank you for all your efforts today, given how my initial foray into having a charger didn’t go to plan with the other company. I contacted you and your company to which you were so helpful and didn’t belittle the other company who hadn’t helped my stress or anxiety at all. You told me when you could install, the date time etc all went accordingly, perhaps a bit more work given the location of the supply, but you tackled it without any issues. Explained the process and checked where we wanted the box, routed the cable under the door frame super stuff.. clean and tidy totally would recommend this company for any EV installations.
