Installer arrived on time, carried out a check inspection of job, proposed a better routing of cable (compared to that which I had proposed and drawn for Installation when ordering) to improve esthetics of installation. He also explained the usage of system and left his contact details together with manufacturers Instruction Manual and Quick Start Guide, should any issues arise when new EV received. Great experience, good install

Impra Charge fitted our first EV battery charger for my wife's electric car in Swansea, yesterday. The service was excellent and the charger was fitted in around 3 hours. The box and wiring are perfectly fitted on the front of our house and the installing engineer took care not to tread on the plants. He was polite and helpful and showed us how to set up the account and waited until this was done and the car was charging for the first time before he left. A great job. Thank you.
