More about the Renault Megane E-Tech Electric (2022)

Overview

The Renault Megane E-Tech is equipped with a single electric motor and there is choice for the 130hp or 220hp model. These offer a great amount of torque individually helped by the compact punchy electric motor.

There is also choice on it's battery capacity with 40kWh and 60kWh available. The 40kWh boats 186 miles of range whilst the 60kWh offers 280 miles of range, quite the difference.

A 130kW rapid charge at a service station will replenish the battery in just over a hour, this is helped by the battery's smaller size. The Renault Megane E-Tech will typically charge in around 9 hours.

Charging rates shown are typically from 0-80% this is due to decreasing charging rates after 80% set by the vehicle to preserve battery life and efficiency.
