Overview
The Citroen DS 7 Crossback E-Tense 225 is a truly impressive PHEV SUV. Packed with a 1.6-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine paired with two electric motors and an onboard battery to produce a hearty 300hp.
Complimenting in it's looks, both external (confident stance, dazzling headlights) and internal (tech rich interior with sleek, stitched dash) and striking in it's 5.9 second 0-60 time. Like several contemporary PSA Groupe vehicles it can charge at 3.6kW single phase, or 7kW from three phase chargers.
The E-Tense will travel on up to 31 miles of pure electric alone. The DS 7 Crossback E-Tense 225 is rechargeable in around 4 hours from a home 7kW EV charger.
Charging rates shown are typically from 0-80% this is due to decreasing charging rates after 80% set by the vehicle to preserve battery life and efficiency.
