More about the Citroen C-Zero (2020)

Overview

The Citroen C-Zero is an exciting small compact 4 seat city car. It certainly holds a resemblance against the Mit'subishi i-MiEV. The Citroen C-Zero was brought in back in 2010 as part of a joint project between Citroen, Mit'subishi and Peugeot.

It has a 66bhp electric motor fed by lithium-ion batteries mounted midships, is capable of a heady 80 mph and a range of around 93 miles. Not surprisingly, it achieves 0 to 62 miles per hour in 15.9 seconds.

The maximum torque is 145 lb-ft. The Citroen C-Zero is rechargeable in around 4.5 hours from a home 7kW EV charger.

Charging rates shown are typically from 0-80% this is due to decreasing charging rates after 80% set by the vehicle to preserve battery life and efficiency.
