More about the Peugeot e-Partner (2017)

Overview

The Peugeot e-Partner is competitively price for the expanding electric van market. It offers many features but it's DC charging capability sets it against the rest.

The 106 mile range combined with fast charging also makes it more appealing. It comes with a generous 50kWh battery and 171 miles of range. The motor can output up to 134bhp and 260Nm of torque, which is plenty for a 0-62 mph time of 11.2 seconds and a top speed of 81 mph.

The Eco mode will limit the motor’s output to 80bhp, which Peugeot says will help conserve the battery level. Normal is just for everyday driving and increases the motor’s power to 107bhp, while Power mode unlocks the system’s maximum performance. The Peugeot e-Partner is rechargeable in around 7 hours from a home 7kW EV charger.

Charging rates shown are typically from 0-80% this is due to decreasing charging rates after 80% set by the vehicle to preserve battery life and efficiency.
